We are searching for a candidate that wants to grow with our company. You will be a good fit if you can:

• Greet customers and be absolute point of contact from intake to release of their vehicles
• Understand and relay car issues based on customer description and vehicle condition
• Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete in specialized system
• Order necessary parts from suppliers and follow through until delivered to technicians
• Ensure that automotive work and service provided to customers meets standards
• Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered

• Collaborate with team members and assist other departments as required.

• Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy, striving to reach a satisfactory resolution.
• Collaborate with the service technicians and other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient workflow.
• Uphold company policies and procedures, including maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, service orders, and billing information.
